Family Firearms and Finishes extends no warranty and is not responsible for any damage due to failure of used products (We are not a testing facility). Have a certified gunsmith inspect, install, or test all used parts and firearms before use. NO returns or exchanges on firearms and/or parts unless defective. Owners manuals are not provided with used/surplus firearms. Contact Importer or manufacturer for owners manual.

How to buy firearms?
You must have a Federal Firearms License (FFL) to have a firearm shipped to you. A signed copy of the FFL must be on file before an order can be placed. It is also required that we have a copy of any local or state licenses required by your state of residence for a firearm purchase. First mail, email or fax a signed copy of your FFL and any local or state licenses. You can place an order by calling 513-524-9517, Mon. - Thurs. 10am - 6pm EST. If you do not have an FFL and still want to buy firearms, check out the "Dealer Transfer" question on the FAQ page. If you would like to purchase a firearm face to face you must be an Ohio state resident and be 21 years of age to purchase a handgun. To purchase a rifle you must be 18 years of age.

Federal, State, and Local Laws Relating to Firearms Purchases:
We comply with ALL Local, State, and Federal laws. You must be aware of any Federal laws affecting your purchase.

The following list of state and local laws is NOT represented to be all inclusive of the 50 states' numerous firearms and magazine laws. Please know your Local and State Laws BEFORE purchasing high capacity magazines and firearms. Individual Local & State laws are too numerous to list on our website, however, the following sales restrictions will apply:

• CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS: No firearms sales of any kind to 01 FFL's due to California's CLFC Program. No high capacity magazine sales. C&R Licensees may purchase C&R rifles only if made prior to 1955 regardless if the rifle appears on the Federal C&R list. Check for other Local & State Laws before ordering.
  
  
• CONNECTICUT: No Sales of WASR, CETME Rifles, or FAL Rifles. No C&R pistol sales to C&R licensees. No sales of semiautomatic rifles (excluding SKS types).
  
  
• HAWAII: No high capacity magazine sales for handguns. Check for other Local & State Laws before ordering.
  
  
• ILLINOIS CUSTOMERS: No firearms sales to Chicago, Nor all of Cooke County. C&R 03 Licensees may purchase C&R eligible firearms, however Illinois FOID card must be on file. Check for other Local & State Laws before ordering.
  
  
• MASSACHUSETTS CUSTOMERS: 01 FFL Dealers may purchase handguns that are on the MA approved for sale list. No sales of rifles that accept high capacity magazines. No C&R firearms sales. No high capacity magazine sales to anyone or dealer in MA. No ammunition sales.
  
  
• MARYLAND CUSTOMERS: No modern handgun sales to anyone including 01 FFL Dealers. C&R eligible handguns may be sold to 01 FFL Dealers only. C&R eligible rifles may be sold to 03 C&R Licensees. No high capacity magazine sales. Check for other Local & State Laws before ordering.
  
  
• NEW JERSEY CUSTOMERS: No sales of CETME Rifles. Firearms sales only to 01 FFL Dealer licensees. Absolutely no firearms sales to C&R 03 licensees. No sales of firearms which accept high capacity magazines. No high capacity Magazine Sales. Check for other Local & State Laws before ordering.
  
  
• NEW YORK CUSTOMERS: Only C&R eligible handguns will be shipped to 01 FFL Dealers and these handgun orders must be accompanied by a State Handgun Dealers License. C&R eligible rifles may be sold to 03 C&R licensees. No sales of high capacity magazines manufactured 09/14/1994 or after. No sales to NY City. Check for other Local & State Laws before ordering.
  
  
• WASHINGTON DC CUSTOMERS: No sales of any products.
